Crescent Dental Studio
A three-chair clinic with a five-year-old brochure site was invisible on Google and losing patients to competitors two blocks away. We rebuilt the site around one job — getting a booking — and rebuilt the local search presence around the neighborhoods it serves.

The challenge
The old site loaded in six seconds, buried the phone number three taps deep, and didn't mention a single neighborhood or treatment by name. Patients who searched for the clinic found a directory listing with someone else's hours. Front desk staff spent hours a week on phone tag that an online booking flow should have absorbed.
What we did
Booking as the spine
Every page was designed backwards from the booking action — one persistent, obvious path to an appointment, with the phone number one tap away for patients who prefer to call.
Local SEO groundwork
Treatment and neighborhood pages built on real search language, a cleaned-up Google Business Profile, and consistent listings across every directory that matters locally.
Speed as a feature
Static pages, optimized images and no tag bloat took the largest contentful paint from 6.2s to 1.6s — patients on mobile networks stopped bouncing before the page drew.
The outcome
Ninety days after launch, online booking inquiries were running at 3.1× the pre-launch baseline, and the growth held: by month six the clinic was fielding 54 online booking inquiries a month against a baseline of 14. Google Business Profile views quadrupled, and the front desk phone finally quieted down.
Clear from day one — no jargon, no account managers, just straight answers and a site that finally looks like the business we want to be.
